External contact doesn't recieve emails

Hi there,

One of our external contacts is unable to receive emails sent to the
everyone group.Emails sent by individuals within the company to the ver same
contact go through but anything sent to the everyone group does not go
through.The contact is part of the everyone distribution list but still that
doesn't work.

Please assist...
