I have a spreadsheet is used by several users. The actual
workbook is not shared, rather the file is on local
drives. The workbook contains two worksheets that have
two separate external data sources. One data source is a
text file. The other data source is an excel workbook
with Sheet1 being the data source.

Should I run into file sharing conflicts? If I set the
excel workbook that is a data source as shared, would that
avoid conflicts?

Any suggestions would be helpful.
