External Links in Project Server

Question---2 separate schedules are externally linked in Project Server---If
one of them slips, a pop-up dialog window should appear for the other
alerting them of the slip. The 2nd schedule has the option to accept the
slippages (accept all) or reject. When accepting the slippage alerts and
saving, the dialog boxes should not appear anymore when re-opening the
schedule. The problem is that the pop-up alerts are continuing to appear
even though the 2nd schedule already accepted the slippages. Thoughts?

Is this in 2003 or 2007?

In 2003, you are correct that if you accept the changes, and verify that the
changes took place and the plan was saved with the changes, then the message
should no longer appear. The pop up message will not appear only when there
are no changes in any of the external links.

In 2007 I cannot be sure as I have not tested this out.

Thanks for the answer - this is MSP 2003. Is it a bug if the pop-up message
window keeps appearing even though I've accepted the changes and saved
previously?
