Extra Contacts Folders

Windows XP with Office 2003
When I click on the address book I see several Contact folders, how
can I delete the extra ones?

These folders correspond with Calendars configured in your pst-file. If you
delete those you'll delete them from your pst-file/Exchange server as well.

As long as it is not your default Contacts folder you can delete it by
rightclicking it and choose delete or drag & drop it to your Deleted Items
folder.
