Extra/other paper sizes A5

Office 2k
In page setup there is no option to select A5 paper size. Is there someway I
can add this option or is controlled by the installed printer.

It is controlled by the printer selected. If the printer doesn't offer this
size, you can set it up as a custom size, but this does not guarantee that
your printer will handle the paper the way you expect. Some printers allow
you to define new paper sizes in the printer Properties, and in these cases
they do a good job of handling the paper. Otherwise, you may have to pretend
the paper is A4, see where Word will print your A5 on that imaginary A4, and
adjust your margins accordingly.

Generally, all "standard" paper sizes (such as A5) that the printer
manufacturer thinks the printer can handle are included in the printer
driver. But if A5 isn't a choice in your printer driver and you think
the printer can handle it, you can add it. Click on Start | Control
Panel | Printers | <select your printer> | File | Server Properties.
There should be an option to create a new form size or paper size
somewhere in this menu.

Aha, that's what I suspected.
Thankyou
