extract attachments from outlook

I receive 10 emails daily and each has anexcel spreadsheet attached.

They are used to update tables in my database.

I've written the routines for updating, but I was wondering if there's a way
that I could write a routine that would extract the attachment for each so I
don't have to manually open up each one and save the attachment to the
directory.

Any ideas?
