i need help how to extract current balance from this current month and
store it to the next opening balance for later use..........

every time after i have update

Let's say your balance column is column D. The column grows each time you
update it, but the current balance is always at the bottom of the column.
The formula:

=LOOKUP(2,1/(D2:D65356>0),D2:D65356)

will give the value of that cell. Enter it where you need the next openinng
balance
