extract email address from "From" field and auto add to distribut.

I have a band that has recieves emails with a specific subject line - Add Me
To Email List and a From field with the persons Email address.

Is there a way that I can "catch" the emails that come in and automatically
take the From field and place it inside of a distribution list or even a
separate category of band emails?

I have looked over filters and see that the rules can split emails up to
folders and things, but I don't think I am asking for alot...or am I :)

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, sorta. The rule can move the items you wish to the folder of your
choice, but can't add the senders as contacts or members of a distribution
group.

Have you thought of using something like Yahoo Groups for this purpose
instead of Outlook? Might be easier to manage subscriptions/bounces/etc. in
there. And it's free, at least, for now.
