Extract original images out of the presentation

Rodrigo Minati

Hi All,

Does anybody have an idea how I can export the original image from a ppt
presentation via macro?

For example, Save AS HTML do this. In folder presentation_files, there are
all images in original size and if the image is a GIF, the transparency
color conserved.

Thanks in advance.

But I don't want all slide image. Just each image inserted into each slide,
with transparency color conserved.

Hello Rodrigo,

PowerPoint does not have the specific capability that you are looking for
although, as others have indicated there are manual and VBA or add-in
workarounds.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide better content management tools for finding, changing, replacing,
deleting, exporting, etc. linked and embedded content (without have to
resort to VBA or 3rd party add-ins), don't forget to send your feedback to
Microsoft at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions)
