Extracting images

I use Microsoft Office Excel 2003 SP1

I've been sent a spreadsheet that has some cells containing images.

How do I extract the images to save them separately?

Hi Ian

Save the XLS as a webpage and it will create a folder with all images
that are in the file.

File>SaveAs Web Page
