Extracting outline headings without body paragraphs

Within Word 2007, is there a convienient way to copy a portion of an
outline view into another document/application without also pulling in
the body paragraphs? I want to copy a section of a document's outline
into another app (Outlook 2007 email message) in order to share the
structure of a document without all the detail text. By right
clicking on a particular heading, I'm able to use the "Select Text
with Similar Formating" to get headings at the same level, but I
really want to copy two levels out of a section (more generally, being
able to customize this to any depth desired would be ideal). So far,
I've resorted to creating a temporary TOC and copy sections out of
that. While this works, it is a little inelegant.

Thanks in advance for the help, Word Wizards!
