Extracting Outlook emails without running MS Windows

My old hard drive no longer runs Windows. The data on the drive is accessible
via a USB external drive kit. Is it possible to extract emails from Outlook
Inbox (and sub folders) without running MS Windows?

Unless you are using Outlook (and therefore Windows) you cannot extract anything from Outlook.

Are you running win on the PC you are accessing the old hd on, via the usb?
If so and you have Outlook installed on this PC the old mail data file would
be still accessible - assuming the hd hasnt failed
