Extracting User Defined Type definitions from ORM Source Model

I have an ORM Source Model defined in Visio for Enterprise Architects with a
heap of User Defined Types for all of the constrained datatypes and am trying
to extract the definitions from the model to distribute in an MS-Word
document.

However I can't find any report or export option that seems to do this - in
fact I can't find anything to do with outputting User Defined Types at all.

Does anyone know how to do this?
