Extranet setup for PWA + WSS

I have Project Web Server set up in an extranet capacity, and for the most
part it is working great.

When I attempt to use Risks/Issues/Documents, of course that is going to the
corresponding WSS site. This is a physically different server. If I access
PWA through the extranet, it is attempting to call the internal (intranet)
address of the WSS server.

I have configured PWA Admin under Windows Sharepoint Services to point to
the extranet address of the WSS server. The WSS server does have a valid
extranet address and I can confirm that it works.

How do I set this up correctly?
