Extremely Odd Issue

- Outlook 2003

For whatever reason, selecting:

menu/tools/macro/macros...
or
menu/tools/macro/security...
or
menu/tools/macro/visual basic editor

does absolutely nothing. The mouse turns into an hourglass, but no
windows appear. The problem is unique to only a single user account on
the computer (all others work fine). Already attempted:
- Help/Detect and Repiar
- Reinstallation
- Full uninstall and install
- Full uninstall, removed
- /documents and settings/user/application data/microsoft/outlook
folder
- /docuements and settings/user/local settings/application
data/outlook folder
and reinstalled.

So far, nothing has worked. No clue as to how to reproduce this
problem. Any ideas????
