Hi;
When I attempt to open outlook I get an error:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents and Settings\Sabrina\local settings\application data\Microsoft\outlook \outlook.pst. Quit outlook and all mail-enabled applications and the use the inbox repair tool (scanst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file for more information about the inbox repair tool see help.
I have attempted to repair the .pst file using scanpst but it fails. Do you know another utility preferably a free one which I can use to repair the file.
