You can use Flash if you want, but JavaScript will do the
job nicely.
However, please define "change at differen times". Do you
mean:
o A different picture chosen at random each time the
page loads?
o A series of pictures that changes every so-many
seconds?
o A set of pictures that get displayed based on the
current date?
