That is a not a article number or a reference to any particular entered
article. You might want to post the source the number you quote came from as
it looks to be a ISBN number or a Product ID number.

I stand corrected: This is a proper reference to a news or article posting in
the discussion boards however it is a reference to a part of the mime/html
attached to all posts and cannot be searched for in the the search box.
Google sometimes see's them when a person post a reply but google wont see
all of them.

So if the message is still on the MS server then you would use this format.

However, it appears to have been removed. Do you know anything of the
contents of the message you seek? Is it the one about WinAmp, the one about
Open functions in Vista, about Using first clip as introductory video, or
the one about identifying Auto update fields in Power Point?
