F1 error trying to import from Excel sheet into Access table

I am getting Field 'F1' doesn't exist in destination table when I run a macro
to import an excel sheet into an Access table. I deleted all the field names
on the Excel sheet and in the macro for the "Has Field Name option, I
answered No, but I still get the error.

I am pulling my hair :)

F1 is the first column in the spreadsheet. if you haven't already, suggest
you post this question to microsoft.public.access.externaldata newsgroup.
your issue is not really with the macro, it's with the import - and the
folks who are best at working with external data, such as MVP John Nurick,
are more likely to answer a post in that newsgroup.
