Fading colors?

Hi. This may be a dumb question but I was trying to make a banner for my
website and I'm trying to do something but I'm not sure if I can. I want my
banner to be colored blue, but I want to see if I can have the left side of
the banner be dark blue and then have it fade to lighter blue to white as the
banner continues to go right. Is there a way to do this in frontpage? Thanks
for any help.
