Fail "Send To" Excel file to Outlook

Just a "General mail failure. Quit Micrsoft Office Excel, restart the mail
system, and try again." when sending file from Excel to recipient in Outlook
with "Send to" options in Excel. Cleint has been restarted and problem
persisted. Thx!
