fail to initialize

The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application.
"hi, i get this message when trying to open any office
2003 program " the support site says that it is due to a
problem w/sp1 download and just restart computer. this
does nothing. any other solution? thanks.
