fail to print in Outlook

hi

I run Outlook 2003, when double - clicking to open a message in a folder
such as Inbox or Items and print it, It failed and an error appear

"An error has occured in the script on this page"

Error: un specified error
Code: 0

and ask me " Do you want to continue running scripts on this pages?"

Please instruct how to solve this problem?

I already run Addware latest version and Norton to eliminate virus and
spyware.
