Failed and Blocking Correlation [2007]

Hello,
After I recalled a timesheet, corrected it, then submitted it again, I got
the following error. What can I do to free the queuing process?

If your looking to unclog the drain so to speak then goto the Server running
SQL Server and in Services restart the following services:

Project Server Queue




That should help get the ball rolling again....
