recently activated my Office 2003 by phone using an installation id. I
received an id from the computer to enter in to the activation wizard and
successfully completed the task. My copy of word when I clidk help and then
activate product tells me that the product is already activated.
However, when I went to Microsoft.com to update my copy of Office, it
attempted to verify my copy and told me that it had not been activated (hence
me going back and doing the help, activate thing).
Is there a time frame between the activation and when our copy can be
verified? How do I resubmit for verification once being told that I'm not
active?
