I am having problems with Outlook 2003 within Office
2003. When I attempt to open by clicking the icon on my
start menu all the other programs, (Word, Excel,
Publisher, etc.) do open, but the error message I receive
is "Operation failed" which is not very helpful. What do
you suggest? And, how do I reinstall Outlook 2003
without having to reinstall the others? Is that
