Failed to register a vbscript dll

Upgraded some computers to Office XP from adminitrative point. All works ok, but Outlook on some of the computers. I get "Failed to Register a VB Script dll" and "conflict.ico is not valid icon file" messages when launching outlook. I have loaded this on other computers with no problems. I have done web searchs and found no solution that works.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM AND WHAT THE FIX IS
