failed to register ...\msaddndr.dll while installing office 2000 developer

While installing office 2000 developer CD, first I got
message that I should install VBA 6.0 tools and
my "Install VBA tools" option is greyed out. While
struggling with other options, I sometimes get "Install
VBA Tools" option back and it seems installing this, but
at the end I get meassage "Failed to register D:\Program
Files\Common Files\designer\msaddndr.dll and I am unable
to get Package and Deployment tools in Access 2000.
please suggest the solution ASAP.
