failure 28

I keep getting a failure 28 warning asking if I want to debug. I'm new to
office 2003, and I dont understand this script editor that seems to be
connected to this failure problem in that it gives me the option of debugging
the script editor. when I debug it brings up a page with code. I'm not sure
what to do from here. In the failure notice are the words unterminated string
constant.

The question continues to pop up. I get the failure 28 and it is asking me
to debug. I also get the, failure:expected this pops up every few
minutes.
