failure to install BCM

system running:
windows xp with serice pack 2 already installed
running office 2007

I am trying to install BCM on the machine, but I get partially through
the set up and get a error that saves MBSsetuptmp13F.log . . .

Any ideas on how to get BCM installed

Try to find the error in the log file. Take may provide a useful
indication of the problem.
