Failure to logon/retrieve files

Hello all,

Normally, when I start FP2002, my username/password box pops up. This morning, nothing came up. When I used Files | Recent
Webs.... and selected my website, I get the message "Opening http://www....org Web" on the status bar, which is the correct web
site, but FP just freezes. I'm able to access my files using an FTP program, and I can load my web in IE, so the server is up.

Mike,

Everything works fine through FTP - I just can't connect using FP. The connection simply times out.

Okay but FTP is not using the same authentication system that is being used
by FP. Contact your ISP / WPP as it sounds like the server extension may be
"hosed"
