failure to sync one event invite from ENT2008 to Exchange server

Good morning,

I¹ve sent an event invitation to 24 people. It shows up fine on my Entourage
calendar (ENT 2008 v12.1.7) but repeatedly fails to sync with my company¹s
Exchange server. The invitations for the event were received and accepted by
the invitees. This is the second time I¹ve tried to create this event and
both times it failed to sync.

Oddly, other events I create are syncing just fine. I was even willing to
consider that there might have been some issue with a character in the event
title (e.g., would an ampersand cause an issue) but when I created other
test events with different characters, they all synced just fine.

I¹ve searched the web and found other people having similar issues but
affecting all events or all contacts. Mine appears to be limited to this
particular one.

Any suggestions? Thanks,

Chris

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or Calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.
