Falsh text if time NOW() IS < 20 MINUTES AWAY

Hi

I need to Flash dynamic text on ASP page if the time in the record is less
than 20 minutes from NOW() time.

Track time in session variables and do the difference if the differenc
exceeds more than 20 minute flash the new image and update the time of
the session varible....go on

Seen adrotator control just incase if it can make your life simple
