Family Tree Template

Could anyone help me figure out how to search for and download a
Family Tree template for a Mac? I found several in the Microsoft
Website for PC's but they won't download to my Mac...

To be honest, if you are really taking a family tree seriously, genealogy software may be worth it. See what trial versions Google turns up for the Mac.
