Famous Drop Down Problem

When I'm using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Office softwares I'm getting
"not respond" error when I'm trying to open a file or "Save As". I've
downloaded http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165 that one still I'm getting
the error. I downloaded the automatic updates for Office 2003 Pro when I'm
trying to take updates thru the download cataloge I'm getting "The expected
version of the product was not found on your system" even though I have
Office 2003 and it was a office 2003 update!!

A solution to my problems would be highly appreciated.

after you install security update MS06-015
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165

Easy Fix: Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll
down to Item No. 383 "Hewlett-Packard's Share-to-Web software - Fix (MS06-015)"
to download a registry fix.

Note: You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus program
in order to safely run the scripted fix.
