Fast 3D innovative collision detection method

I have a new innovative invention for 3D collision detection system. It is a
collision detection method for 3D objects in 3D worlds or just 3D
object-object collision. The world/object can be static or dynamic; that may
have motion, rotations or scaling.
This process can be used for 3D gaming or virtual reality simulations for
the purposes of 3D-collision detection. It can be computationally efficient
over BSPs and Octree and other methods; this may enhance 3D gaming
performance. Would Microsoft be interested in looking at my idea for
implementation? May I speak with someone who is technically inclined about
3D gaming/simulations engines about it?
