I have OneNote 2007, Windows Vista Business and a Fujitsu Tablet PC. I have a
maddening problem when writing with my pen. Automatically, and intermittently
the pen dot will change to a a fast scroll icon (black circle with white
arrow) and drag my document all over the page, as I write. Sometimes it goes
away on its own. Sometimes I must tap the fast scroll icon with the pen to
make it go away. I am taking notes in class and must stop undo the mess and
go back trying to repair the now unreadable note in my document. I am also
using Pen Flicks, but turning it off has no effect.
