S
Simple Chaos
Good day everyone,
Here's my problem:
Since Monday morning (august 30, 2004), all the users in my company
using Outlook XP (2002) under Windows XP can't send e-mail anymore.
By pressing on the "SEND" button they receive this error message:
[A fatal error has occured in Outlook. The data in your envelope has
been lost, but your document is still available.].
Until now we know that the problem does not affect the users using
Office 2003 and/or Windows 2000 users.
We notice too that user having this problem have their outlook
automatically close when trying to print an e-mail...
We tried the repair option from the CD and a full uninstall and
reinstallation, without success.
We're using Outlook in a LAN with Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.
Can you help me?
