We have downloaded the Microsoft Works Suite 2003 with
the disks that came with our computer. They worked for a
couple of days and now it is showing us an error. The
error reads: Fatal Execution Engine Error, This patch
package could not be opened. Verify that the patch
package exists and that you can access it, or contact the
application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows
Installer patch package.
I cannot uninstall Microsoft Word without an error
message also. I have unistalled everything on the
computer that was downloaded by those CD's and
reinstalled them and nothing works. What can I do to get
this to work?
