Faulting application winword.exe

Hi,

I have two users who get the following error on their windows xp pc with the
latest updates on.

i.e win xp 3 and office 2003 sp3

The error is:


Source: Microsoft Office
Event ID: 1000


Faulting application winword.exe version 11.0.8215.0.stamp 48000d55 faulting
module winword.exe version 11.0.8215.0 stamp 48000d55 debug? 0. fault address
0x008dd84c



I reinstalled and repaired twice but with no it still gives the same error.

Can s/one point to any Microsoft KB articles etc which relate to the above
issue.

You can't search the MSFT KB or Google?

In this case Google seems to show more useful results, e.g.,

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=1000&eventno=984&source=Microsoft Office 10&phase=1

Looks like printer drivers can often be the problem.
