Annie:

First off, XP-SP2 is not getting rave reviews. I've personally had
about 3 varied applications become inoperative with SP2. I re-installed XP,
upgraded to SP1, and I'm sticking at that point for a while. NTDLL.DLL is
part of XP and I'm suspecting a conflict between the service packs of Excel
with XP-SP2.
Beyond that, you've apparently done your homework. This information
should be sent to MS, giving them exactly what you've posted.

Just wondering where the OP states that she has XP SP2 loaded?
