Favicon

I am in the process of creating a website for a gal that does long arm
quilting:

http://www.the-dancing-needle.com/

I have created a favicon for her and have ftp'd it to her server, *BUT* the
favicon that is appearing on her website is a favicon that I created for
another friend that I made a website for.

I can't figure out what I've done that causes the wrong favicon.ico to show
on this website... I realize I'm having a DUH moment, but could someone
please help me out of my misery?

TIA

George,

You are correct - now I don't see the favicon either... I guess I need to
go back to the drawing board....

George,

I have to agree with you that the ico appears to be missing, BUT when I try
to ftp the favicon.ico up to the server, it *is* there - at the root -- so
I'm not sure what I'm missing. I guess my brain has frozen with this last
ice storm... I realize I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what it
can be.

Any thoughts?

Did you add this line in your header section?

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico">

That, plus uploading the favicon.ico file was all I needed to do on my site:
