User : Windows XP Pro., Outlook 2003
I built a custom form for task in the public folder. Everyone use it.
Recently we have a new employee. This user has a problem to use the custom
form.
It doesn’t have any problem that user creates new request in the Help Desk
task under the Public folder.
After user add the Help Desk task to Favorite folder, and then an error
occurred.
User cannot create new request in the Help Desk task under the Favorite
folder but can open other tasks.
Click New icon, “The object cannot be found†error message shows up.
Appreciate any help.
