Favorites menu in Outlook 2002 disabled

I have enabled Group Policy and now the Favorites menu in Outlook 2002 is
disabled. Can't figure out what setting in Group Policy had this impact.
Any suggestions. I would hate to start from the begining again.

Perhaps Admin Templates, Windows Components, Internet Explorer, Browser
Menus, Hide Favorites?

No that is not it however, I resolved it. It was the following setting..
Admin Templates, Windows Components, Start Menue and Taskbar, Remove
Favorites menu from start menu. I had Enabled this and that was the issue.
Once I disabled it, the Favorite Menu in Outlook was enabled.
