Favorites

Microsoft Outlook used to have the Favorites on the menu,
Outlook XP or 2003 do not show that option, even when you
select the Web toolbar.
Can it be added?

Right-click any toolbar and click Customize. On the Commands tab , click
Menu Bar on the left, and you'll see Favorites in the list on the right.
Drag it up to the Menu Bar and drop it where you want it. Close the
Customize dialog.
