Fax a report from Access

I have been searching for a way to fax a report from access and found a
posted question from 2005. I am able to do it by setting the Fax as the
default printer as was suggested. (Thank you)

But I was also wondering if there was a way to automatically enter the Fax
number.
I store the Fax number on a Customer Table. Can it be used from the table
instead of being prompted by the fax dialog box?
I would really appreciate any ideas

Thank you for your answer.
I'm still having trouble. The problem is that Win Fax only works with a
modem. I don't have a modem, just an external fax machine. Is there a way
for Win Fax to connect to the fax machine? Is it necessary to buy a product
that does this, or is there another way?
Thanks for taking the time to help.

If the external fax machine is actually a multi function device with a
USB or network connection to your PC then it may be possible to use
Winfax. But if the external fax machine is a stand alone device which
only a phone line and a power cable then no, your computer can't talk
to it.

Thank you your answer.
The fax machine has a network connection to my computer. I am able to fax
if I choose the the fax driver for my report in the page setup. But I have
to enter the fax # each time. I would like to be able to pick up the fax #
from the customer table since the statements will be faxed to hundreds of
customers. But I understand this can only be done through WinFax. But I
can't install Winfax since it's looking for a modem. I would appreciate any
suggestions or ideas

Possibly a newer version of Winfax might work. I have no idea.

Alternatively maybe the manufacturer of the fax machine device has
some similar functionality to Winfax available. You could visit their
website.
