First off are these even supported in Microsoft Office Basic Edition?
I have tried everything but I can't get any response when I try and add
annotations of any sort. I don't see any sizable box for Text Box inserts.
Pens have no effect, nor do highlighters.
Any ideas? Everything is enabled for them to show up.
