Help!!!! My office uses the Microsoft Office Fax Console and at least once a
week it won't connect. When I click the console button it sticks in refresh
mode. I've called the Microsoft help desk and they don't understand that
it's NOT a fax machine it's a program. Their answer is to reboot to the last
day it worked. Then it happens again a few days down the road.
