fax form?

I have DSL but want to be able to fax. I'm using the fax program in Outlook.
In the address section do I put the phone number in?

There is no fax program in Outlook. What do you mean?
All fax software everywhere requires an analog phone line and an analog
modem.
Were you trying to use an Internet Fax Service?
