fax from outlook in Office 2003 with Business Tools

With Office 2000, I could fax from Outlook by just
installing the program.
After installing 2003 Office, I can't fax from Outlook. I
don't want to use Email fax. I need to be able to fax from
outlook or I will have to uninstall and go back to 2000
office.HELP!
